➡️Configurable Required Roles

Server/guild owners can configure what roles are required to use specific commands.

Each server owner can run a command to specify what role is required to use a command like so :

!requiredRole <Command name> <"none" or Role ID>

"none" would be used when the server/guild owner wants to remove all required roles for that command.

Roles must be added one at a time.
